CatCave9: Monthly English Improv Theater, with a dash of science.
In our shows we explore improvisational comedy, both in short and long form, with a dash of science: each show features a guest scientist, presenting his research to the audience and the improvisers – you’ll be surprised where this takes us!
We’ve got some shows under the hood now, so it’s time to put all this theory to practice. Our control group consists of short-form games, just to gauge the humor. Then, our Guest Speaker will apply a dose of 1 x Science Talk to you. Those are usually without side-effects. Finally, we’ll run our famous long-form protocol, to reel in the audience outliers – it’s been confirmed very effective in recent pilot studies!
